American Millennium Corporation Enters Agreement
With Augsback Investment Banking Firm
MOUNT DORA, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 18, 1999--American Millennium Corporation, Inc. (AMCI) (Nasdaq OTC:AMCI - news) announced today that it has entered into an agreement for financial consulting with Jack Augsback and Company, LLC (Augsback), West Palm Beach, Florida based investment banking firm. AMCI President and CEO Andrew F.Cauthen confirmed that the company had entered into the agreement with Augsback earlier this month.
Augsback is a full service investment banking firm specializing in financial consulting as well as capital formation via private placements, secondary offerings, initial public offerings, and venture financing, according to Augsback Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer Mark Stys.
