On the surface it would make sense that that would be the case, so for discussion lets say the commons dropped to .60, then the preferreds are worth $ 3.60. I believe that what in fact will happen is that with the aggressive program they are undertaking eg: new up scale store openings, the new ( extensive ) I-net site opening forthcoming this fall and the IPO due out this fall, that in fact the commons will hold their own and increase? vs. todays prices. At the end of Dec. , the issue of preferreds will be closed and the commons will be the only play in the stock and that will further clean up the table. I get the sense that Playco is positioning themselves as an upscale provider ( as evidenced by the prime location and presence in Vegas ) and believe they are destined for exciting things. These things are happening as the fall markets heat up and players return not to mention that the toy providers will see their rotation in the markets as Christmas looms. If we're fortunate enough to see a well affiliated I-net site it is not out of the question that PLCO be ultimately taken out by the likes of ETOY. In any event, this fall should be exciting for PLCO shareholders and personally I plan to be well positioned BEFORE the action starts. Whats your reaction to my obviously bullish banter?
