This isn't quite the same situation. Quaker Oats is using it's subsidiary (Mr Natural) for distribution of products received from Cable Car Beverage. Quaker Oats has no control of Cable Car. The worst that could happen is that "Mr Natural" doesn't push "Stewarts".
However that would be foolish because it is a win--win situation. Quaker Oats stands to gain from distribution without the overhead they had with snapple. Cable Car gains from northeast distribution of their products. The big question for me is : Will "Mr Natural" still distribute Snapple ? ...and since other snapple dealers were going to distribute the "Stewarts" line ...Will this still happen ?
