Hey MNI,

Did you catch that news blurb last night about how over
1 Billion dollars of aid for Bosnia has been stolen by
the corrupt government? The investigators even found that
if you want an apartment in Sarajevo, you must pay the
son of President Alija Isubovic (sp?) $2,000 or you can't
get one. Good to see that Clinton's agenda for the re-
construction of Bosnia is going so well.

Groovy foreign policy!!!! Far Out!!! Let the sun shine in!
