Congratulations on the rumor! While the deal is making me richer, I am not too excited about the price of $ 37. But it is in Lucent's stock and if LU appreciates 36 % then XLSW is actually at $ 50 (which is the price I had in mind!). IMHO the deal will go through, since Lucent is well respected and has a lot of clout. Madonna isn't stupid let Lucent go! He is one hell of a rich man, making millions! If he owns 80 % of XLSW and the deal is a $ 1.7 billion, he is a billionaire!
