(OTC BB:MDMI) announced today that they have reached an agreement with
Exxon Company USA to offer BAWLS(R) Guarana in the Dallas-Ft. Worth
Area to its Company owned stores.

In addition to the Exxon agreement, MDMI has added over 100 new
BAWLS(R) Guarana clients to their distribution network in the past 3
months.
According to Crawford Shaw Jr., "BAWLS(R) Guarana is one of our
hottest selling products, and adding Exxon Company USA to our client
list will give MDMI a larger market in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. MDMI
has been selling to many of Exxon's independently owned stores for
some time, but now, Exxon Company USA has agreed to allow us to offer
the product in their corporate stores. By selling to one group of
corporate stores, we will be able to increase our exposure in addition
to opening more doors and expanding our distribution base."
BAWLS(R) Guarana is a new non-alcoholic high-caffeine drink
available on the soft-drink market. This natural stimulant has been
used for centuries by the indigenous people of the Amazon providing
