Aegis: That's correct. It's always double-edged. Lawsuits hang out everyone's wash. The guys with the dirtiest wash get hung out to dry. A company that is willing to file an anti-defamation suit may very well be a company worth considering investing in since they are obviously not afraid to air out their own laundry. It sure will get you full disclosure - fast. W
