Patricia, I'm trying to find out... Bloomberg has no news or filings. They would if anything were released to the public. This smells of insider trading on impending bad news. Volume is too high. Some fund or money manager dumped a huge portfolio without worrying about price.

I put a call into the CFO, but he is on the road. THey referred me to the PR firm in NY, but I got voicemail.
