Dear John and Anne: Let's take a step back and analyze this company. First of all, alot of brokers have been pushing this stock. Secondly, 3 million Reg. S. shares will be issued for $15 million. That is $5 per share. If this company is worth more than $5 per share, why couldn't they get more than $15 million. Thus, the value of the company will be further diluted. Third point, Terry Alexander is heavily involved with the company. Please read the news releases i've posted earlier. The company denies that he is involved. But where's money to be made...there's Mr. Alexander and his bogus claims for oil and gold discoveries. Please go to this site. You will see that Terry Alexander is the contact person for DELGF. And of course, we know how trusting Mr. Alexander is...don't we? 204.174.18.3
