To All,

Market makers were handed a ton of stock that needed to be unloaded due to some margin calls. This stock is being sold over the remainder of this week to the market and to a lot of European investors who previously have been involved in some of vteh's financing efforts. This stock should all be moved by the end of this week.

By the end of next week, the stock is expected to be in the five dollar range and will continue to appreciate.

A new financing effort was planned short term, however that is constrained for now until the price is up again - to what level I do not know. vteh does have a strong desire to complete this financing as soon as possible and therefore one could conclude that they will work hard to get the price back up.

This information came from my broker from a person he communicates with inside vteh. To what extent this is true, accurate, or just some form of spin doctoring, I have no idea.

This could be a great buying opportunity or it could be a bust. One has to decide whether to trust them or not. I haven't decided yet.

In my time with this stock, time commitments for nasdaq listing, stock price appreciation, stock splits, and having the sytem fully operational and creating revenue have come and gone without these events occurring.

On the other hand, they are advertising now, financing has and will be occurring at higher levels, an acquisition has occurred, the system beta test are said to be nearly over, etc. Who knows? I'm going to watch what plays out over the next few days before deciding.
