Nightwing Entertainment Enters into Agreement to Acquire 80% of JJS Development,
Inc.; First Feature Film to Star WWF Wrestler Paul Wight

ORLANDO, Fla., July 15 /PRNewswire/ -- Nightwing Entertainment Group, Inc. (OTC
Bulletin Board: NIGI) announced today that it has entered into a definitive agreement to
purchase 80 of the common shares of JJS Development, Inc. (JJS) a newly formed,
Florida-based film production company from Jesco Trust and James Strauser. JJS will
function as a division of the Nightwing Film Group, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of
Nightwing Entertainment Group, Inc.

James Strauser has an extensive background in wrestling entertainment and manages 10
professional wrestlers through his company Big Man Management. Jesco Trust and
James Strauser will offer a new venue in which wrestling fans may enjoy their favorite
wrestlers. Jim Strauser was quoted as saying, "We want to offer wrestling fans the
opportunity to see their favorite wrestlers outside of the ring. It gives the fans a better
sense of the wrestlers as people. The film venue offers the wrestlers a new way to
expand their theatrical talents while providing fans with a more exciting overall
entertainment experience."

JJS' first feature film is currently in pre-production. A letter of intent for a starring role has
been signed by 7 foot 1 inch, 460 pound WWF sensation, Paul "The Big Show" Wight
(formerly known as "The Giant" while with the WCW). Wight has already begun to build
a screen presence with roles in feature films such as Liar, Liar with Jim Carey released
by Universal Studios in 1996 and as Captain Insano in the Henry Winkler-directed hit
Waterboy, starring Adam Sandler, a 1998 Touchstone Pictures release. The JJS film will
be Wight's first starring role and will feature a number of other WCW and WWF
wrestlers. The film's executive producer, and president/CEO of Nightwing Entertainment
Group, Inc., Philip Cohen stated, "It is likely that our film will primarily be shot in West
Florida locations. We have already met with representatives at Universal Studios, Orlando
for additional locations in their facilities. The film is expected to be ready for release next
year."

Nightwing Entertainment Group, Inc., an entertainment and multimedia company, is
currently in production at Ex'pression Center for New Media in Emeryville, California on
the children's sports show, UltiSports. Nightwing also recently announced the acquisition
of 80 of Sirius Entertainment, Inc., whose primary business is to develop and package
feature films for independent production. Along with these business enterprises, Nightwing
owns an 80 interest in I-Zone, Inc. a company formed to design, own and operate
high-tech/interactive multimedia location-based entertainment facilities.

The Company, which is presently not a "reporting" company, intends to bring all its filing
current with the Securities and Exchange Commission as soon as practicable following the
completion of the Company's audited financials.

The reader is advised that this release contains forward-looking statements of the
company and that a variety of factors could cause the company's actual results and
experience to differ materially from the anticipated results of their expectations expressed.
Additional information regarding those factors is available upon request.
