3000000 would be almost tripling their subscribers so that has to be
a positive even if these new ones arent surfing.they might be buying
supplies etc.and anything highlighting e-commerce has to show that the internet is going to be huge and elnk a player.all the analysts use to say AOL was going to crash and burn and woe to those who sold!
