Gregory D. Writer, Jr., 36, was appointed the Chairman of the Board of the Company in September 1998. Since 1998 Mr. Writer has been the Chief Executive Officer and founder of 1st Net Technologies, Inc., a publicly-traded Internet company currently 0(OTC: FNTT). For the past two years Mr. Writer has served as Director of Corporate Finance for Entrepreneur Investments, LLC, a private investment-banking firm, which has been engaged by the Company. From 1991 to June 1994 Mr. Writer was Regional Sales and Marketing Manager for AGT Sports (AGT), a Colorado-based corporation that owns the distribution rights to a proprietary software package for golf. From 1987 through 1991 Mr. Writer served as co-founder, President and a Director of The Oxford Group, a full-service registered securities broker-dealer in Colorado Springs, Colorado. At the age of 21 Mr. Writer was the founder, President and a Director of R. Writer Securities, a registered securities broker-dealer in Colorado Springs, Colorado. |
