JM, re:taking responsibility...

Hi JM,

For what it is worth, I'm an investor on the sidelines with some cash waiting to enter WCOM.

I hesitate because of this arrogant public relations attitude. It reminds me of the Intel processor bug debacle. Unfortunately, Intel did not cave until there was a huge consumer outcry.

WorldCom is going to have to get their bottom line threatned for them to change because they aren't going to do it on their own. And I can only imagine all the WorldCom competitors who are going to remember this incident during contract renewal. Many customers don't rock the boat with their vendors if they are stuck in a contract because their is nothing they can do... they still have to pay.... you are their prisoner in a way.

But when contract renewal comes up... whoa! do they remember!

Just my lurker opinion.

Jon :)
