Elliot, this is all the same stuff you have posted previously. The only thing you have proved is that you know how to cut and paste the same message from one board to another. By now, I think all of us realize you have a personal vendetta against Jack Wen. The general opinion is that you are the ex-CFO and there is bad blood between the two of you. If that is the case, sue him for whatever the grievance is and be done with it. Most of us on the boards agree that PCCG has a number of issues that need improved execution. Visibility and communication to the shareholders and investment community in general is one of them. But your assumptions and innuendo used to support your positions is basically nothing but a smear campaign to promote this vendetta against Wen. In fact, Don Johnson, the current CFO, rejected your claims in a newspaper article published out in California a while back. All of this is unfortunate because those few facts that you do have lose all credibility when postured within this overwhelming smear campaign you wage. You probably have the ability to be constructive but instead choose to be destructive which benefits no one, including you.
