John R. Henderson, President and CEO of dba Telecom Corporation is
pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Lionel Desjardins to the board.
Mr. Desjardins is a resident of Vancouver and has over 20 years
experience in the financials services sector in Asia and Canada as a
banker, stock broker, and fund manager. He is currently a director of
several international companies.

Desjardins brings a wealth of international financial knowledge and
background to dba Telecom and will be a valuable addition to our
team"
dba Telecom also announces with regret the resignation of Mr. Roy
Trivett as a director of the company. Mr. Trivett's extensive business
interests did not allow him to devote the amount of time to dba Telecom's
affairs that he would like.
The Company also announces the addition of Joseph Linn as Sustaining
Engineer for the company. Mr. Linn brings more than 25 years experience in
the electronics and telecommunications industry, most recently with
Glenayre Electronics. Mr. Linn is responsible for
manufacturing and support engineering and will be working closely with dba
Telecom's manufacturers. Mr. Linn's addition is part of the Company's
ongoing commitment to provide high quality products that meet customer
requirements.
