John R. Henderson, President and CEO of dba Telecom Corporation (the

signed an exclusive Distribution Agreement with IPM Datacom srl, Italy for
the supply of IPM's latest generation NT1+ISDN product in the Peoples'
Republic of China.
Angel Leung, newly appointed General Manager - Asian Region says,
"China Telecom is targeting the installation of over 200,000 new ISDN lines
in the next 18 months and each line requires a product like the NT1+. This
is a tremendous opportunity for dba Telecom to take advantage of the
growing market demand for simultaneous voice/data transmission over ISDN
lines. dba Telecom will also have the opportunity to introduce the
SmarTalk NRG into China as a complementary CPE solution."
