Xavier...Thank you for sharing with us David Laws very interesting response to your EMail. It contained answers to many questions that have not been forthcoming until now. Great post! Although I don't own any IMPX shares, now, I got burned pretty bad and continue to follow it. Guess it's kinda like keeping distantly in touch with an old girlfriend who left you hurting!! David Laws answers leaves me with mixed feelings about the lawsuit...he had an incredible run of bad luck, and I feel sorry for his bad luck. But then,on the other hand, the lawsuit, if successful, will probably be the only way to recover some of my IMPX losses which added to his getting rich over our misfortunes. VanGo101...Van
