Does it appear that the limit for price moves for Softbank is less than 3000 Yen?

A lower stock price would be helpful. Now it takes almost $28,000 to initiate an investment in Softbank here in the US for most investors. Perhaps they will come up with something creative for Softbank's long awaited debut on an American Exchange. Too bad it couldn't be a brand new IPO of some sort. My suggestion for a Softbank American Investment Tracking Stock for the US Market still appeals to me. Maybe it wouldn't even be labeled a tracking stock, but would actually include the American Investments under Softbank's control and be a real spinoff. Our parent Softbank (9984) would still own most of the spin off of the American Investments if they followed the usual procedure and only sold 10% or 20% of the New Issue. The Parent Softbank (9984) would then have a hugh bundle of American cash from the IPO. The tax consequences make my head swim and there may be other impediments to such a deal. Still, I expect something creative, hopefully soon. (They could use the cash too. <G>).
