KK I think that independent traders as a group are overwhelmingly anti-authoritarian... other characteristics are: cynical, bold, often reclusive, capable of getting extremely snappy real fast, especially with pets who lick them at inopportune times... and I think as a whole we definitely enjoy those hilarious discount broker commercials which tap directly into our senses of humor but probably offend the vast majority of the Arthur Levitt-like world.
