USAB probably should have anticipated this, however, it sounds like US Banc Corp has allowed USABanc to operate for several years using the similar name. Only now do they complain. I'd be a little miffed if I was USABanc management. They issued several press releases alluding to their new name and web site. I bet there will be some sort of compensation for loses.
