I think we should all get the fact straight no matter we have positive or negative views about the company.

You are pointing to the site 204.174.18.3
which showed T. Alexander as the contact person. But please
look at that website carefully -- it is full of spider webs because
the info is so old.
1) That site is for VSE stocks -- when Delgratis is still DAR -- it was no longer in VSE since Aug 21, 1996.
2) If you look at the stock price there, the high was shown as C$7.05-- that was months ago.
3) If you look at the stock chart there, it stopped at Aug 21, 1996.
4) The no. of shares outstanding was indicated as 7,987,728 -- that was months ago.

If you look at the official site of DELGF at delgratia.com
you can see that the contact is no longer T. Alexander but are
Dan Palikrousis/Dean Eyman/Kyle Washington.

If you really like old websites, you may probably find some that showed T.Alexander as the CEO! :-)
