BTW I would like to know your qualifications for judging the conduct at the National Laboratories. Know any of the leadership at those facilities? As you know I do. Can you elucidate any reasons for cancelling the anti-espionage policies that were proposed in the early 90s when Bush was president? Or was that Clinton's doing to? Do you think if those policies had been implemented it would have made a difference?
