Mark.............. Since Moskowitz is no longer on the board of directors, how do you see his influence on Chai's future? Any kind of take- over is out since I believe Chai now has the "poison pill" option to protect them from such manuevers. I suppose he might be able to persuade members of the board to consider alternatives -- but that is about it. I think his private placement is also a statement of faith in Chai to go it alone. My major concern is that anyone who finances Repel-CV will need to support Chai's day to day operations as well since they are not yet profitable. It would be much more favorable for a major company to buy the rights and put the Repel products on fast track since competition is quickly coming up. Chai has been notorious with not meeting schedules and as a management team I wonder who would take the risk leaving Chai the program to direct on their own. It may have to get worse before it gets better. Art
