Do not sweat this lawsuit. It is utterly ridiculous. The number of banks in the United States using close variations of the words: National, American, First, and Federal is amazing. For instance, in the ABA register of banks there are over fifty banks named "First Federal Bank". This is a desperate and jealous attempt by US Bancorp that will fail! The damage to USAB will be short term.
