If Anz offers a 1:1 share exchange, all the better for Cll investors. Anz would not even be considering a buyout of Cll if there wasn't something substantial in the ground in Indonesia. Cll does'nt have rappa, Pemon is there but the substance of this deal would come from the Indonesia play. If Anz does try to acquire Cll I wouldn't be surprised if it was a cash & stock offer, Cll & Anz know whats in the ground in Indonesia, they have a pretty good idea what it is worth. Cll senior management & insiders who hold control blocks would still want to part of the 12-20 million ounces sitting in the ground...so there would be a good chance that Cll investors receive Anz stock as well as some cash for Cll to develop the surrounding area which they hold 100% of....just my opinion..vandek
