Based on time of the contract (The next one is for June) the futures contract has a premium over the S&P stocks themselves. It should be about a 6pt+ premium at this time. It closed at less than a point. CNBC shows it on their tape. When the values are much different than "fair Value" you get "buy" and "sell" programs.
