Here is translation of brochure giving payouts and other info by a stockhouse poster

1) Prizes:
6 out of 6- 1.5 B Dong = $107,000 U.S
5 out of 6- 1.8 m Dong = $128 U.S
4 out of 6- 72,000 Dong = $5.16 U.S

2) The first place prize grow progressively if now one wins by 1.5 B dongs to a maximum of 6 Billion dongs. If nobody wins when the lotto is at 6 Billion dongs (429,000 USD), the prize will go back down to 1.5 Billion the next week and the 6 billion dong prize will go towards the Hanoi gov't.

3) The cost per ticket is 6000 dong or $.43 USD.

That is basically all it said. The rest just tells people how to play the game and how to collect their winnings.

By the looks of the payout, the gov't will basically keep the majority of the money but the big prize will definitely draw huge audiences. My parents talked to an old family friend in Hanoi a few days ago and said that the people of Vietnam are getting use to the new system and that the people will eventually buy it like the people in Canada. The people are very excited but he said it will take time as the people gets used to the new system. He said that the estimate of AGC should be easily attainable in the near future because when the prize goes up to 6 Billion dongs, its going to be a huge event over there. $429 thousands USD or 6 Billion dongs over there is like someone over here having over 10 million USD due to the living expenses and due to so many few millions in Vietnam. It will definitely bring the winning family into the top 2% of Vietnam in terms of money. I'm trying to clear out some more of my other positions to buy this. Happy investing.
