I think I'm on the right track about somebody selling shares to somebody that might be buying the company, either BNEZ themselves or jack for his debenture.
Example, we trade 3.5 million share monday, no price change, blocks of 1 million atleast twice with another one at 600k
today, just small buys of no more than 25k and then 10k three times and they raise the price 2 cents, on the last buy, they raised the bid to .092
I would expect news anytime on something, whether it be news on spin offs or news on a take-over or the company going private with a buyout.
Just look at the small buys today and it shows the proof, it the 3.5 million shares from monday wasn't already agreed upon before the sale, the stock would have been at 2 cents.
I have been searching the Nevada register, but have yet to find anything on the 3 spin offs, probably because they aren't under BNEZ, I also checked under jack's name, but nothing came up.
will keep checking though and I think we are going into the final stretch, as in less than 45 days till the BIG E
