I do not know what to make of it. The institutions are getting deep discount prices. It is a hard time to raise money and selling it the summer makes it worse. I am not impressed on the price but on the other hand MBI needs the money. They have enough to finish phase 2 and start the other 2 drugs in clinical trials. The institutions knew MBI was in a very bad place without the money.
