Hi Jim: My take on it is that all appears to be happening as we had hoped -and only a few days from estimated time-frame.
Naturally, no company can boldly predict what the SEC is going to do next any more than my broker can figure out Greenspan - but it looks promising. It would be nice if the SEC would assign a single agent and have that agent stay with a case to completion.. but it doesn't happen that way - so agent "Y" wants CAPS, and agent "Z" wants lower case, and that can (and has) been enough to delay a filing. FNTN has reached the point where they can say toThe SEC "we've done it every way requested.. which way do you finally want it so you can stamp this nightmare?"
If a human is listening over at The SEC, FNTN will probably pass the test on this round.
I thought the tone of the management letter was direct and no-nonsense. FNTN (and everybody else) knows that approval is either imminent or must be reachable within very few more steps.
After all, the SEC clock is ticking down.
Let's hope FNTN's stock starts ticking up.
