I think we now know why the usabanc.com launch didn't occur earlier this month... I don't have CNBC here, but I assume the ads have stopped too?

I just read a statement on the Business Wire report that The company intends to use USABancShares.com as it's permanent online identification.

But in the next paragraph, Ken Tepper is quoted "In light of the temporary order which requires us to refrain from doing business as USABanc.com, we have reverted our online identification to USABancShares, to preserve access to our FDIC insured products, now available at www.USABancShares.com"

I have a call in to a friend who has legal experience in copyright & trademark disputes, specifically related to IP addresses. As soon as I get their opinion on this USBancorp vs. USABanc.com, I'll share it here.

Personally, I hope that when USABanc.com prevails, they revert the site back to www.USABanc.com and then launch an ad campaign specifically poking fun at USABancorp. What a futile attempt at thwarting the competition from these BancDudes.
