I believe the opposite may happen -- SFE and/or ICGE will finish some IPOs in Q3. Rebemeber, the world will be DEAD for ipos in Q4 -- I'm hearing from corp fin people that no one wants to go out right before y2k. I suspect we may have a drying up of supply in q4 and, in spite of nervousness, there may well be a slight upturn for recent issues -- e.g. ICGE, VERT, the nutz, etc.

At any rate, CMPC, OAOT, TESI, USDC and the laggards should come up a bit and the leaders CVSN, SCAI, TLAB, etc. should remain flat to slightly higher based on underlying fundamentals.

SFE may not have any direct IPOs, but I'm certain ICGE will.

Will this close the gap from 20-30 to 10%? don't know
