From the RB board..UPDATE!
Update for all:
I talked to Jason Boyle for a while today and said whats been on my mind since June in regards to all the questions we have. They just hired a new PR firm today, and I spoke to the girl Shannon who is handling their PR from now on.

I felt a bit better after talking to her today, I asked a lot of the questions we have all been asking, and got a few answers, for others I got a no comment, or I have no idea. She's brand new with them, very nice, give her a call if you have any doubts.

Capital, Inc. (OTC BB:CCAP - news) announced that the company is being reorganized and new management has been elected for the purpose of recapitalizing the corporate shell in order to merge with a private Internet incubator company.
Paul D. Crawford, the new chairman of the board of directors and chief executive officer, stated that funds are being provided to bring the corporate financial statements current, to make the necessary filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission, and to effect stock transfers through Northwest Stock Transfer. By mid- to late September, the Company intends to seek shareholder approval for a merger with Internet Holdings, Limited, a company currently developing several Internet concepts.
Terms of the merger have not been set.
