Hi marcos. Thanks for the response. I make no apologies. Somebody asked. Any critiques are welcome. MPI included. It is always great to get other opinions, pro or con. Being near the bottom of this food chain, one needs all the information one can get. I see too much "exuberance" in some posts and that gets scary. Back to PLT. By my calculations (usd): The 25 mil goodwill is still shown as an asset in the 2Q ending Nov. 30,96 They had 20 mil current and 2.2 mil long term debt. Raised 4.1 mil (approx.) in new issue. Don't know if they applied that to the debt or not. I understood Hill to be CEO in 95/96. See, I'm easily confused. I see post #214 3Q results. (Thanks Charles T) Sales down a bit, but this is the one thing I like about PLT, P/S of .18 @.30 FYI: Market Insider Bulletin shows 1 PLT insider selling in the past 6 months. Doesn't mean much, just more info. I had given some thought about buying some PLT when it fell back to the .29-.30 range, but with the market the way it is and this 3Q, I'll hold off for awhile. Going to look into Oils. See ya.
