Actually, last year was the year you had to write off the
URT, since the trigger is the delisting, which occurred on
April 1st 1998. Hence, you write this off on December 31st
1998. At least, that was how my tax account claimed we had
to do it.

Meanwhile, why is it that none of the existing shareholders
have any interest in the Texas group who is nominally trying
to market product based on the technology?
