The Pacific Exchange (PCX) will begin trading options on Blockbuster Inc. (NYSE: BBI; PCX) on Wednesday, August 25.

Blockbuster Inc. options will trade on the January expiration cycle. It will open on August 25 with strike prices of 10, 12 1/2, and 15, and will be available for the months of September, October, January, and April. Position and exercise limits have been set at 22,500 contracts. The underlying stock is available at the Pacific Exchange. BBI options have been allocated to lead market maker Scott Elisha of Wolverine Trading, L.P., who assures that the disseminated market quote is firm for 50 contracts.
