Giving tight lipped interviews is not demanding retractions and filing suit which HAS to involve the FDA process during discovery. If you disagree with that, fine. Now I suppose you think that requiring a mortality requirement on kids is NOT callous? Maybe you think it is not callous because it is not your kid lying there dying when a safe drug might help. Just SOME people? Go anywhere and ask anyone who knows anything about the drug approval process. How in the world do you think SOME PEOPLE got FDA reforms like fast track? BY DRAGGING THE FDA KICKING AND SCREAMING TO TASK. Yes Tex, the same callous FDA which required the mortality requirement of the little ones. Pure and simple.
