Diamond: <<Would you guys quit wringing your hands over short term blips on the radar screen and focus on the real issues of long term investment.>> Agree that this issue and recent slide are a "short term blip". The comments that I made had nothing to do with share price, but with the way the situation was handled. IMO if future situations are handled with the same callous attitude toward customer service, there will eventually come a time when the company economic performance will wain. FWIW I have no intention of selling my shares, just simply stating an opinion of current company practices.
