i know woodman, have talked to him on the phone several times. this was more than a few months ago. great guy. that said, i must say i am a better trader since i permanently logged out of those irc trading channels. far too much distraction, even if you're not following the gurus. i found myself always amazed at the people who would jump into a stock because someone yelled fire! or because someone said a certain stock was ready to run or would be a gapper. i never could decide who was more to blame, the gurus leading people around or the sorry fools being led. i'm stating the obvious here, but let me say it anyway. we become better traders at that precise moment that we take full responsibility for our actions. :) mark
