I can't follow your explanation or don't find it plausible. At the moment, buying EDFY saves you about $3 bucks a share as compared to just buying SONE. You can buy all you can possibly handle of EDFY and still save a bundle. And, again, why would EDFY be down today when SONE was up a fraction? Any ideas?
