I don't know if I would call them "weak and frail", but they certainly have their challenges cut out for them in a commodity biz. Market cracks and GTW is falling like a rock without hope of a rumor that someone is considering buying them, again. Easy 30 to 40% downside from these levels and not a lot in the way of upside.

If someone has to bet on a potential upside story in this sector, MUEI would be a better candidate. But MU seems to be a real millstone around their neck preventing them from ever going out and slaying the dragons.
