Bill, one thing you leave out is that GTW is behind an even greater eight ball in that they have to collect/pay sales tax in more or less all the states that have it, unlike DELL.

Why they haven't been hurt more by this distinct disadvantage is another testament to the stupidity of the average consumer. And how easy it is to rip 'em off via cute concepts like YourWare. And mixing and matching product offerings in such a way that it is difficult to compare competitors side by side. Well, you get my drift. -g-
