Yes Mephisto, SOC for System On a Chip and MP for Multiple Processor which is how Sun describes it. LSI is a great company really coming into its own now that the silicon generations have allowed for entire devices to be embedded on a single chip. Here is a background reference to LSI: lsilogic.com I got interested in it due to Addi's enthusiasm for it. Addi has the distinction on the LSI thread of being known as LSI greatest bull and is planning to retire a rich man because of it. They seemingly will also be coming out with a CDMA chip (which is in Asian trials at this time) which should compete nicely with QCOM's red hot wireless technology coup if it lives up to expectations.
