Gentlemen, I hate to barge in on this amusing and completely useless debate but can we please not turn this into a Yahoo! thread? klb0, I feel for you. Sounds like you were badly mistreated and I can't say I blame you for ditching RCN. Their customer service and billing problems are well documented, a certain sign of explosive growth. As a shareholder, I cringe every time I hear one of these horror stories. I'd suggest you write a letter to the top dog in customer service which, at the very least, gets you heard by a more meaningful audience than SI. Who knows, they may even make you an apology that heals all wounds. BV
