I believe you are correct. Further, I think the following need to happen: 1. The increase be no greater than 25%. 2. The Fed express a "neutral bias" toward near future rate increases. 3. Preferably, the market needs to get beaten down a couple days before next Tuesday. If the above 3 conditions occur next Tuesday, prepare for take-off.
