Thank you for the info. I read the report from GHE twice and saw nothing about a 25 to 1 consolidation. What I did read is that the original 5 to 1 consolidation will indeed go ahead, reducing the number of shares outstanding from 20 some odd million to 4 and change. They then revised their articles (of incorporation) to allow them to issue up to 100 million shares (which is what they had in place before the consolidation). If they had not done this, the maximum allowable float, under the articles, would have dropped to 20 million, as a result of the rollback. I hope this helps. Regards.
