CAMPBELL, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 18, 1999-- GraphOn Corporation (www.graphon.com; OTC BB:GOJO - news) today announced it has signed a strategic reseller agreement with Greenville, South Carolina-based Simple Future Corp., a networking specialist and systems integrator in thin client and security technologies.

Using GraphOn's GO-Joe(TM), GO-Global(TM), GO-Between(TM), and jBridge(TM) thin, server-based connectivity software, Simple Future will provide enterprises next generation Linux, UNIX, and soon-to-be-released NT application delivery over networks of all kinds, including web-enabling applications for delivery over the Internet which includes the emerging model for ASPs (application service providers).

GraphOn provides cost-effective server-based connectivity software to assist enterprises in deploying fully functional, business-critical UNIX, Linux, and soon-to-be-released NT applications to the thinnest of desktops for access by users around the world over WAN, LAN, dial-up or over the Internet.
