Whether the company itself is legit or if their work is real is not in question. What's in question is this ridiculous offer. Here's a piece from the press release which came out after 6PM.... CEL-SCI Corp said it has tried to contact the bidding party unsuccessfully and does not know if the offer is legitimate. Now if I ran HIV, I would not run out and take out a press release without being able to confirm if the offer was legit. It really looks like they were trying to scam the public. They should have mentioned in the first press release that they had not been able to confirm if the offer was legit. They should not have waited until after market close when it was too late to do anything about it if you happened to have bought the stock. Maybe this is another April Fool's day joke . . . do you think? Lola:)
