Bill, it is the "Trade In" / Financing program they set up about a year ago. Buy a box on time (I think the interest rates were in the 18 to 22% range) and they will sell you a new box in three years, or so, and give you the "blue book" trade in value for the old boat anchor as a credit on the new box, i.e. 50 bucks, or whatever. I think you can do it without buying on time, also. Go to their web site and you can read about how the scam works - it is a marketing gimmick to push boxes.

In any event, this program offers big earnings accounting scam potential, if they chose to take advantage of it.
